The Irvine Gold Mine was founded in 1979 at its current storefront location. Built on the principle of simultaneously providing strong customer service and reasonable prices, the company grew early on. Its partner store, Anaheim Hills Jewelry & Coin, was founded in 1991. Both stores have maintained focus on placing customer satisfaction first and place a great emphasis on serving existing business as well as new business and referrals. One great advantage that our customers have is that our markup on rare coins is usually in the 10% to 15% range. This is in contrast to the common markup of 25% to 40% found at many large companies in the industry. Our price markup on bullion is often only 1% to 3% above our wholesale cost which again gives our customers the benefits of both price competitiveness and expertise.

Popular forms of Gold, Platinum & Silver for Investment:

One Ounce Rounds: .999 Fine Pure Silver Trade Units. Easy to calculate, exact 1 ounce size.

90% Silver: U.S. coinage minted in 1964 or earlier that contains 90% silver content. These coins are legal tender and small barter denominations.

U.S. Silver Eagles: Uncirculated 1 ounce pure silver dollar coins are minted by the U.S. government, 1986 to present.

U.S. Morgan & Peace Dollars: Limited mintages. Numismatic silver values. 1878-1935.

Fractional U.S. Gold Eagles: Available in 1/10, 1/4 and 1/2 ounce sizes. The coins are popular because of their smaller units, great for gifts or bartering.

1 oz Gold Bullion: These coins have the lowest premium per ounce of gold. They are easily traded. There are a variety of coins available, including the American Eagle, Canadian Maple Leaf, Chinese Panda, South African Krugerrand, etc.

Loans:

We give loans on both jewelry and coins. The loans have very reasonable interest rates. We charge the minimum amount set by the state of California, called the California State Standard. The loans are for 120 days. At the end of the 120 days, the customer may have the option of renewing the loan (by paying the interest) or redeeming the loan.

There is no maximum amount that we will loan! We have loans ranging from $50 to tens of thousands of dollars! We pay cash!

Auto Loans:
